5 Best Locations for Engagement Photos in Dallas
As a Dallas Wedding Photographer, I have done a lot of engagement photos for my future brides and grooms. It can be hard to find good spots that are quiet enough to get some photos without people in the background. If you’re looking for some of the best locations for engagement photos in Dallas, I’ve got it here for you!
Winspear Opera House
The all time best formal engagement spot is Winspear Opera House! It gives you some beautiful modern structure in the background and stunning greenery. It is perfect for that little black dress you’ve been wanting to wear out. There’s a cute little reflecting pool that makes for a unique photo. Best part is, you can get some photos with a great view of Dallas!
Murrell Park at Grapevine Lake
If you’re wanting some beach engagements in Fort Worth, you need to take your engagements at Murrell Park! You might even catch a few sailboats in the background of your photos, if you like that sort of thing. There are many trails throughout the park which give you space to explore to find the perfect engagement photo spots. Because of the trails and the lake, you can get a lot of different types of photos in this one location! This is great if you have more than one outfit you’d like to use for your engagement session.
Hope Church
Tanty Hills is a significant photographer spot known for its beautiful skyline view of Fort Worth from the fields, but I would actually suggest doing engagements at Hope Church off 30. It’s like Tanty Hills, but with an even better view of the city, in my opinion. You can get some gorgeous engagement photos here!
Adriatica Village
If you’re down for a little drive, Adriatica Village located in McKinney is a gorgeous spot! If you like historical looking buildings, this is the spot for you. It is almost like being in Rome.There are so many fun looking buildings to take photos in front of that will stand out from other engagement photos out there. There is even a chapel there if you wanted to do your wedding ceremony in the same spot you did your engagements! How sweet!
Trinity Park
Trinity Park is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. It has the most gorgeous up close view of the skyline. Trinity Park is huge so it’s easy to find a quiet place to take some amazing shots of you and your significant other with that new ring! There is even a cute little spot with a mini waterfall that will bring your photos up to the next level.
